If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us online, we will give you a refund (excluding delivery charge and gift-wrapping where appropriate) subject to conditions. We do not refund users for postage expense incurred for returning goods. Returns for refund must be received back into the stores within 30 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods. In case of shipments receiving after 30 days due to unavoidable reasons like postal delays, we address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Exchange
An exchange of unused products needs to be communicated with 30 days and should reach to our stores within 30 days from the date purchase. Shipping charges of the same need to be borne by the customer. Customers need to share courier details with us.
